ABOUT THE PROJECT
The existing one-story warehouse was demolished and a new 7-story residential building with ground floor retail, PDR space, and internal courtyard will be built over the course of the next 19 months. The building will contain 172 apartments, including 29 on-site BMR (Below Market Rate) units.

DEMOLITION & GRADING
Demolition will start on January 10th, 2018 and is anticipated to end at the end of January 2018. Grading will then begin and continue through the end of April 2018.
GROUND FLOOR THROUGH ROOFING
The foundation through complete installation of all hardware, fixtures, and finishing touches throughout the building will take about 16 months. The anticipated end of this process is the end of August 2019.
PROJECT CLOSE OUT
Project completion is projected for the middle to end of September 2019.
